After reading some positive reviews on this site we decided to go to the zoo! It is simply awful! The animal enclosures are small, very very dirty and they smell so bad! I understand that the climate makes it difficult for the upkeep but OMG...More

Many of the animal enclosures were either closed or in a very poor state. Not a great variety of animals for a major city zoo Poor sign posting to direct visitors to particular areas and attractions. The layout is not good as there are several...More

Enjoyable afternoon with a 5 year old. Well presented and it seemed like the animals were well cared for. If you are here for more than a week and you need to entertain a small kid, go for it.

Lot of the animals were missing (lions, tigers etc) dolphin attraction closes at 6pm for the price of 19.90 wasn't worth it at all very disappointed. (Chester zoo in UK is much better).

My son and I visited the zoo. We made it in just before animal rights protestors blocked the front gate. We still enjoyed the zoo, though urge zoo administrators to continually improve zoo conditions. I am not really a zoo connoisseur, so not sure what...More

Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and
clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an
impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica.
Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local
fish to the various restaurants running along the
marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above
serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned
Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs

It's about a 1 hour drive down the coast to get to Zoo! You will not be disappointed! Take some munchies if your gonna do trip! Eating is pretty limited. Super fun! Great displays! Lots of kids having time of life! Enjoy!
