Bogatell beach is the best beach in Barcelona. It has the clearest water and it has a sandy surface all the way. The depth of the water level increases very slowly and is therefore perfect for families with children. McDonald's is very close and many...More

We came here on Wednesday as we fancied a chilled out day after sightseeing the day before! The beach is clean and the water was warm after the initial chill factor! Bits of debris in the water but no worse than anywhere else in Spain....More

We got to the beach at 10.30am on a Thursday and it was already busy with people sunbathing and swimming in the sea. Further down there were sunbeds and parasols for hire. Along the walkway there are plenty of people jogging, cycling or playing table...More

This is a better option among the multiple Barcelona beaches which is easily accessible by public transport - the sand is nice, the beach is relatively clean and the water is pleasant. I was safe because I always carried my valuables with me in a...More

We explored along the beach and it was beautiful with nice sand. There is a great walkway all along the sand where you can take a long walk.

Pay attention in this beach, you may find it crowded and placed in the center, but you could be victim of vandalism and theft. We left the car in the parking in front of the beach just nearby a well frequented restaurant "Can fisher", after...More

This is a super option to avoid the mass in Barceloneta. Within reach (metro L4 - Llacuna), the water is clean and it’s surrounded by nice chiringuitos

We decided to spend the afternoon here instead of at Barceloneta Beach. The beach was wonderful-clean, safe and relaxing. We rented chairs and an umbrella for 30 euros for the day and it was worth it. An afternoon well spent.

This beach is packed, dirty and disgusting. After 5pm turns into a party. The ajuntament (city council) should patrol the beach and fine people for dropping rubbish and cigarette butts. Also stop the annoying people selling drinks to you every 3 minutes. Opposite of relaxing.

The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's

containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well
as a host of local and international high tech
companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents
and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of

I can recommend the Bogatell Beach. Walk across the beach. You will find bars as well.

le mieux c'est le matin pour choisir sa place, mais en plein mois de juillet nous en trouvions quelques unes de vides même à 15h00.

Hi. The beach is quite large and there are plenty of loungers. I'm sure you won't have any bother at any time of day.
