I bought the combined ticket for this museum, Museu Maricel, and the Palau Maricel with tour in English. Excellent!

If you will be in Sitges for the weekend check out the tours in English. Buildings are incredible the artwork less so. But well worth a visit

The museum itself is home to many treasures from two great artists - Santiago Rusiñol & Ramon Casas - as well as other artists too. Definitely worth a visit, great location overlooking the Mediterranean. Free wifi within museum

Pleasant surprise when we tried to pay to find out it was free on Wednesday. We spent a couple of hours perusing the multiple floors. The best was the marble statue room with a view of the ocean. Interesting dark selection of items. There is a video to watch regarding the creation of the museum with no English subtitles but... More

One of many Sitges fantastic buildings full of history and in such a dramatic position between the two main beach areas.

To see the art work and the home of an artist is a unique look into life in a beautiful location and how an artist can be inspired. Seeing his living space and his studio is a treat as well as his art collection.

Worth going to the outside of the building, but you have to be a bit of a geek for paintings and plates. Well laid out, and the Picassos and Goyas were interesting.

I was surprised to learn that this house was built by James Deering, the International Harvestor industrialist visionary who built the Italianate estate "Vizcaya" on Miami's shore. Although similarities between the two homes are not that apparent, Deering's appreciation for spectacular waterfront settings and the use of only the finest materials and craftmanship tie these two very different residences together.

I was pleasantly surprised of the beauty of this house-museum. You are gonna be blown away by it and its contents, it's really quite a sight. Can be visited in a couple of hours and it's beautiful.

Quiet and small definitely worth the visit just behind the old church which is up the steps from the beach and the sea.
