Really reasonable at just 3 euros. Fantastic views of the city. You can walk back to the centre but it's aaboht a 45 mind walk and better to take the Metro. I really enjoyed this and it gives you ideas where to visit. Can be a bit warm behind all the glass.

Nearest Metro is Moncloa (Lines 3 & 6). The metallic colour tower is beyond the Victory Arch but before the Museum of the Americas. There's a reassuring mandatory bag scan. The elevator is glass fronted and the 300ft ascent is about a minute. The indoor observation deck is very spacious with a lower level close to the full length windows.... More

Wanted to visit the American museum but it was closed. We spotted the tower and decided to pop in.The entrance fee was only 3 euros. What a superb view and so well set out so you could identify everything that was on the horizon. Not too busy so we had plenty of time to view and read at leisure.

Next to museology design America. Excellent views over all of Madrid €3 well spent. Limited numbers of visitors permitted at one time so expect a short wait

Arrived in Madrid from Australia, unpacked and as there were four of us jumped in a cab $9 Euro from Plaza Mayor The Metro gets you within a 10 min walk although I think you end up on wrong side of a very main road. It was a little overcast but still gave us a great idea of layout of... More

After you went to the Museo de América you can enjoy Madrid from above. Nice explanations of buildings and barrios of Madrid are there. Entrance of 3€ is cheap and you won't regret it.

Well worth an hour up here. Excellent view of the city and far beyond on a clear day . A bit off the beaten track but the Metro will get you within 300 yards .

Be cautious when viewing hours of operation. We went twice, both times they were not open. We went first on Saturday at 6:45pm and were told that it was closed, even though it claims they were open until 8:30pm. Monday was our mistake as they are not open at all. Confusing that they still have ticket and security agents working... More
