Trip round lasts about two hours. Lots of things for the kids to do, touch, play with, experiment with and, why not, learn something about naval archaeology while they are at it. Our kids loved it and want to go again. It's also nice and...More

I was taken aback by this magnificent museum! Not only were my friends and I given free entry as students, but the staff members were so kind. The entrance fee is otherwise 3 Euros, 1.5 (reduced) and free on Saturdays after 14:00 and every Sunday!...More

Interesting to find out how sunken ships etc are recovered and restored. Lots of hands on activities to do ... great for the kids and also lovely and cool on a really hot day!

Very nice place to have a look round during the hot day. There are quite a few artifacts in the centre but not a great many. Very good for people who are interested in archeology

We went there with our toddler - we all enjoyed it. It's not a huge museum, but's it well laid out, lots of information in English and well worth a visit.

Really interesting museum - large and airy with lots of interactive exhibitions. Everything had an English translation or a card to explain. Spent about 45 minutes here and enjoyed our visit.

The price is fine (€3) but it's all just a bit boring and basic. Might suit kids a bit better. The information is well translated but noting wow about it

Wonderful museum with lots of hands on exhibits and displays for children. Very high tech and well designed. Great info on Phoenician, Roman and medieval sea travel and shipping.
