This is a very trying climb but a well worth one, as you assend towards the Cross the views of Benidorm get ever more spectacular. Yes you can get 2 or 4 wheeled transport but baring exceptional health problems then a walk is possible. We have met people in advance of our age, we are in our 60's, enjoying the... More

My daughter and I set out to see the cross but only had sketchy details of the route up the hill, and we took a wrong turning and started walking all along the headland ending up at a watchtower. This was a beautiful, scenic and peaceful walk on a proper pathway and I would recommend this walk any time. However,... More

We walked up to the cross, however, it takes quite a time and is very taxing. I would advise a taxi ride up as the views are amazing.

The cross as the English call it is very calming and the views from there are brilliant as you can see all over Benidorm. If you try to walk up there you must have to be very fit as it is a very long climb and takes quite a long time time to get there. I was fortunate enough to... More

We took the easy route and used the car. The dear wife would never have made the steep climb. the journey up was relatively easy as long as you take your time. Plenty of passing place, with ample parking at the top. Again very pleased we made the effort....

need to be physically fit as it is quite hilly and a long way. take plenty of water, sun screen and a camera and allow yourself plenty of time to go at your own pace, We orriginally took the wrong way as there are three roads - two are dead ends but nice walks and only one takes you to... More

The first two attempts to climb up to the cross were unsuccessful as I took the wrong turning, however 3rd time lucky and it was really worth the view

Watched it every day and night from the hotel balcony and couldn't find a way to get up there apart from the long walk/trek to visit .. then found a road train that goes up there

Have done this walk twice and it's so worth it when you get to the top the view is amazing. Another great thing is the pint of cold beer on the way down.

High above the hustle and bustle of Benidorm. The area is quiet, atmospheric, a great place to take in the views or just to stop and think.
