Wide, beautiful beach, slowly going into the sea. 2/3 km long with a flat promenade. This could be heaven for sun lovers. Unfortunately even in october there are much of them. And this makes it overcrowded with more than 50 % over 65ers.

Staying in Levante beach area we visited Poniente beach and found it much more slower paced well suited to families or more mature visitors. Stunning coastline and sand spotless

Well maintained and attractive beachside promenade., much less busy than Levante beach. Wide sandy areas which never seem to get untidy with litter. Some areas with sunbeds and umbrellas to rent. A number of smallish restaurants and cafes
