They cannot be missed when you walk along the Lungomare promenade called also the "most beautiful kilometer of Italian coast". Nested in between large ficus trees, they create beautiful experience.

While I wouldn't go far out of my way to see them, as they are alongside the Lungomare Falcomatà, they are worth a look as you promenade.

I wish we had similar outdoor art in Toronto. The artist is phenomenally talented. The scale, the designs, their presence along the promenade elevate the scene in Reggio. I enjoyed them, posing with the, and ring inspired by their design. Fantastico!

Bronzi di Riace, 2500 year old 190-cm-tall male statues are sculptures that have made Reggio Calabria famous. You can visit them in newly renovated archeological museum. But near lungomare in Falcomata waterfront you can see modern day counterparts to those antique statues. A Roman female...More

Walking along the promenade, you don't expect to see such sculptures in Italy. BUT, they are refreshingly interesting and fun to enjoy.

Great sculptures! It is in Lungomare Falconata, but the place is a little dirty... take a look at then when you are walking in Lungomare.
