Visible from the sea, this church is fairly impressive nested in Amalfi. The setting is intriguing with the steps leading up to the main entrance, the square below. During our visit with a friend and Italian native, he brought us here, so surely it is...More

The cathedral is located right in the middle of town. The facade is gorgeous with lovely mosaics. To reach the church you must climb a huge, broad span of steps. Not to be missed if you are in Amalfi.

Worth a visit. This is a really calm place amids the crazy busyness of the square outside. You will find here the relics of St Andrews. When there, take time to visit the cloister and museum next door.

Parts of the church has unusual architecture. Part of the church tour has historical relics. Part of the church is just beautiful. Add up all the parts and it is a must see in Amalfi...so spend three euros and enjoy.

Few steps from the pier and bus stops, there are lots of shops and cafes. Can grab a cup of coffee and enjoy people-watching or have a delicious Italian gelato while you carry on.

Right on top of a long flight of stairs commanding it's position over the Amalfi village square. Quite cheap to go in and a fair bit to see. An internal yard with numerous mosaic artefacts and pretty architecture led into a museum of antiques and...More

Hi I don't believe so. It's the sort of thing we would have done had we been able to and I can't find anything looking back in the leaflets we picked up to indicate that you can. It's a shame as I'm sure the view would have... More
