The Caravaggio is amazing, there’s no doubting that. I did feel that the 7€ price tag was a bit steep, though. Granted, it gives you access to the upstairs gallery, but i found it a tad disappointing.

Carvaggio is outstanding! If you are in painting, you must to see this gallery. I'm not big enthusiast of paintings, but this was really worth it and interesting. We took audio guide for 2 euros, and it's really worth it - guide explains not just...More

The Caravaggio is definitely worth the visit to this very ornate chapel, though it is a little pricey to get in.

Pio Monte della Misericordia may be worth a visit if only for the Caravaggio painting. It would be nice if all great art works were in one central place, but unfortunately reality does not work like that! Perhaps just as well, otherwise we probably would...More

If you like Caravaggio's work then you have to see this painting. You have to come to it because it is not leaving the church. It is one of the finest and most complex paintings in the world. Given the circumstances of its creation it...More

With so many stunning sites in Naples, it's difficult to decide where to go and what to spend money on. Most I found to be free or of a negligible cost but this one - at €7 - while not a whole heap of money,...More

The one reason to go to this church around the corner from the duomo is to see the painting The Seven Acts of Mercy by Caravaggio. This is one of the most outstanding paintings in Italy, certainly in Naples, and it NEVER leaves Naples, so...More

Worth bearing in mind that there is no English information about the artworks. The exception to this is the Caravaggio, which has a machine where you can pay 2 euros for a little explanation. We spent under an hour here, which, as only casual art...More
