Took the pastas of southern Italy course which was really useful as it shows you how easy it can be to make fresh pasta from scratch. Pino and Julia are fantastic teachers, interesting people and provide detailed instructions to take home.
Julia and Pino are wonderful teachers and make the whole experience fun, enjoyable and delicious! We did a private class for our family of 4 and they accommodated my vegan diet in creating the menu. This was our favorite part of our Italy vacation!
I have taken classes from Pino when he taught in Paris, so going in I knew this would be a great class and I was not disappointed. We took the pizza class and it was a prefect way to spend a Sunday in Rome. As...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
