Tiberio was a fantastic and entertaining guide, and the schedule was smooth and easy as we enjoyed short walk-and-talks in a small, personal group, broken up with beautiful drives and chats about what we were seeing out the windows. The Hidden Gems and Ancient Wonders was one of our favorites from our whole trip, and we would absolutely recommend it.

I took their cooking class last July and just knew on my next trip to Rome with different friends this was a must do! This time we had Marta and Julia. They made us feel like family and were amazing chef. I don't have high enough praise for this beautiful rooftop dining and casual cooking experience. It is top notch!... More

This was the only tour we took in Rome and we're so glad we did. It was great to see and hear about all the 'off the beaten path' sites in and around Rome. We especially liked the Appian Way and Aqueducts. Melanie was a fantastic guide and we would request her again for other tours if possible when we... More

Louigi was fabulous. The tour was near the top of my guided tour experiences. The on-ear headphones was great. I have a hard time with earbuds and was glad to see this addition to the tour

My group of 15 had the pleasure of visiting the Tuscan countryside with Isabella as our guide. We were in Rome for 10 days and this was the perfect respite from the city. Isabella and our driver Marco were already at the meeting point when we arrived. After purchasing our cappuccinos and cornetti, we were off for Pienza, our first... More

Excellent tour a little more than some others but well worth the small premium. Our guide Dario was excellent, easy to understand and very knowledgeable and answering questions. He is a professor of art and showed his enthusiasm for the tour. We had early entry for our group of 12 into the Sistine Chapel (about 50 people) and visited the... More

GIGI was FABULOUS. We do A LOT of world traveling and my husband made the comment that he was our best tour guide EVER! He is a gem, brought it all to life for us all, very engaging and passionate about the topics we covered. He could not have been better. Thanks

I will preface by saying that I'm one of those DIY tourists who likes to plan my own things, go at my own pace and see sights independently. I usually don't like the idea of spending money on a tour when I could see the same attraction on my own without a guide. When I hear "guided tour," I usually... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
