One of the loveliest piazzas in Rome. Once home to chariot races, today the piazza is dotted with cafes and restaurants where you can sit and enjoy wine, a coffee, or a meal. Very romantic. A "must visit".

If you can avoid weekends it's the best. Much less crowded than Trevi fountain. The music played gives it a peaceful feeling. Only problem is you need to keep walking!

The market is really nice, the atmosphere is bohemian and you can have a very relaxing time just by taking a few moments to breathe and listen to the fountains. The restaurants on the sides are nice also.

This place has a great atmosphere. People will be playing music in the early evening. The restaurants are all a similar price... so 15 euros for pizza or pasta. You can always just stop for a drink.

When I got to Piazza Navona, I was not aware, that was the famous Piazza, but I just thought "wow! What a beautiful place! I want to have a cup of coffee here!"

Was worth visiting as was in area, however not a must see. Plenty of restaurants on the edge of square, surprisingly expensive as if you were paying for the location!!

This is our favorite place to go and just sit and enjoy a glass of wine. People watch and they have great gelato at the very front of the piazza. Some time when we just have a day in Rome we come about 10 grab...More

The Piazza Navona is what all of Rome would look like if Disney had built it. Lined on three sides with restaurants and bars, this huge square is stunning. Three fountains break up the enormous space including Bernini’s breathtaking Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi. The food...More
