Open place, square with happy people, many tourists and three fountains. Best one, work of Gian Lorenzo Bernini is in the middle. It is a masterpiece of stone and water. Don't miss when you are in Rome. Less people than Fontana Trevi.

You just sit there and take in these masters of sculptures handwork. To say that it is amazing, is under rated. Close buy are restaurants where you can get Rome's famous ice cream and enjoy it on this plane. I could sit for hours and...More

This Piazza Navona centerpiece features the Nile, Danube, Amazon, and Ganges rivers allegorized in stone and water. It looks different from every angle, and both looks and sounds beautiful. Unlike Trevi Fountain, you can come right up to this one, sit on its stone edge,...More

I Think that the night viewing is the better but either way, day or time , it is a timeless beauty from centuries ago , perfected by the master Bernini. Sadly on my most recent visit it was dry but still worth a stop !

We took a wonderful Golf Cart Tour of Rome and visited this fountain. It was raining and that made the romantic setting all the more interesting and moody.

Must See it. Magnificent fountain realized by The Bernini and ordered by the Pope Innocent X in 1650. It represents the 4 most important rivers for the 4 continents. Must see by day and by night.

With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a
five-minute walk of each other, the
Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and
most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful
throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art
galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood
museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the
streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa
