We happened upon this amazing market whilst walking the perimeter of the Palantine/ forum walls. It was so lovely to see all the local produce for sale and a great open space for eating the local food. Go and see what you like and enjoy!...More

I am Italian. Therefore, I am afraid to be forced to write what follows. This place is iconic; food is really tasteful, etc. Unfortunately, the “Italian style” ruins everything. You go there to eat a sandwich with the best porchetta ever and, of course, you...More

Getting our bearings in central Rome, we stumbled upon this wonderful Lazio food producers market. Glorious food, do not miss this! Everyone was really jolly, so proud of their produce and you can taste samples of their food. Buy what you need for a meal,...More

There's a great neighborhood atmosphere here with purveyors from all over Lazio. Everything sold here is from Lazio. Super wine and cheeses. Wide variety of fruit and veg. We make a lunch out of visits; there's alway nice warm home cooked food on offer. And...More

Excellent local meats, cheese, oils, nuts and vegetables. Not many markets open on Sunday and I wish this one was open all week. Grab a cab, get some stuff for lunch and go to the Forum for a picnic.
