I just love Tevere. I love how the red-rose sunset reflects in the water. I love the colour of the water. I love how peaceful Tevere is. And most of all, I love Tevere where Isola Tiberina is. The river here is especially beautiful. And...More

Linked by two bridges, this is the only Island on the Tiber, and looks good. You will need to read up on Tiber Island (Isola Tiberina) as there is so much history attached to this small, but interesting Island. Go about lunch time and eat...More

It is rare to find an island in the center of the city. The history behind this island is magnificent, make sure to read before you visit it.

Little island very cozy with two nice bridges. You can find restaurants and cafés in a great landscape in Rome. So cute with a lot of spaces without people. Get some rest in the center of the town.
