I've had the most fantastic experience with the guide Claudia. My boyfriend booked the tour starting on the Domitilla's Catacombs (that was something I really wanted to do, and which could learn many unexpected things). We also went to Basilica of San Clemente al Laterano, quite a good surprise because of the story of the place, to an old roman... More

Our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. He kept it interesting for all three generations of our family on the tour and certainly knew his way around the city. I will recommend Roads to Rome to any friend who will be visiting Italy. Thank you!

Giovanni led an amazing tour of the Colosseum and the Forum for me and my group of university students. My students were challenging (a little "tired" from the night before), but Giovanni remained positive and fun, and was able to keep their interest throughout the tour. He gave a really thorough history of Ancient Rome without it being too overwhelming.... More

Giovanni, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable in the History of Rome and Italy. Our tour of the Colosseum was amazing. The details he incorporated into his talk made it incredibly interesting and entertaining. It was more than a 'tour', it was like stepping back into time and seeing the Colosseum as it was. Very engaging, and I would highly... More
