You have to book a time slot in advance but there is no admittance fee. The way this memorial has been done is so respectful and atmospheric that you can not help but be moved by it.

touching and respectful setting, recreating the memories, thoughts and feelings connected to the itavia tragedy. seeing the carefully reconstructed debris of the aircraft with my own eyes was unsettling and difficult but it was a meaningful experience. after 40 years remembering and being mindful is the only possible tribute.…
