This is a small museum, but worth visiting because of the well-preserved mosaics, and nicely laid out displays.

It's a good thing that the 8 euro combo ticket included the Baptistery entrance because I was a little underwhelmed by this small museum. It had some interesting displays though. Also, it didn't open until 3 pm

This is a nice, small museum . The main reason to buy a ticket is for admittance into the baptistry.

We were the only visitors at the time and really enjoyed the history and exhibits. The mosaics and statues were stunning. Price of admission included with baptistery.

Most interesting to see what was uncovered in the ground near the cathedral. The mosaics are fantastic and other parts of pots and building parts. But no explanations in English so I made up my own stories as to what things were. Should have gotten...More

The entrance to this museum was included in the ticket to the baptistry. Located in Piazza del Duomo, there are some interesting things to look at, but I wouldn't really recommend it, unless you have the combined ticket. Most of it was in Italian too.

Visiting the Baptistery was the reason for visiting this museum. Your Baptistery ticket includes entrance to the museum. There are some of the original statues from the outside of the Baptistery and some neat mosaics but not a very large collection. Since you must pay...More

Right next door to the cathedral. Mix of archaeological finds and sculpture, pre 11th century. Nicely displayed, but signs translated to English would be helpful.
