In the front of the Palazzo della Pilotta a huge square, with statues - partisan and Verdi. Unfortunately this time there was some building, digging activity in the Piazzale, so it lost its magnet.

A beautiful park with very interesting statues and history. The only bad thing about the park is all the flagrant people lying around in the park.

We found this location and twice went back to see it again. We were going to an area opposite but it was being worked on so we moved over and saw the partisan statues. There are some trees around one side which give you shade or you can sit in the sun. A nice place to stop and relax.…
