This place takes you into another world ! So peaceful , calming & reflecting ! The walk from the boat to the villa was surprising , secret pathways & gardens all the way . Only to be met by majestic peacocks on the lawn . Stunning views from the island , try not to miss this trip !

The Borromeo Palace was very impressive to visit. The most amazing part of the palace was the seven room grotto that was constructed with small pieces of beautiful stone, Also, the palace has a beautiful garden. Overall, this is the best of the Borromean Islands and the best place to see in Baveno

The three islands in Lago Maggiore, just in front of the village of Stresa, are some of those sites one ahould go in someone's life. Mouth opening all around, well kept, splendorous, the three have their own identities, and the boat service to them is just fine. Not to miss, even in august!

We spent half the day out on the Islands. The trip out was tranquil and as you arrive to the Islands your left it awe of these little villages. There are few streets but they're really worth walking. The gardens on Isola Bella in Palace Borromeo are fabulous and I do definitely recommend that you take your time and absorb... More

This was a very sad and disappointing experience as everything we went to see was closed tight. I look forward to returning in late spring!
