We were blessed with a sunny day with lots of blue sky and white fluffy clouds, great clear visibility. The ascent of Mottarone in the cable car was thrilling! Well worth the 38€ for us two. Panoramic views of Lago di Maggiore and numerous photo...More
I loved taking the cable car to the top. We didn’t have ideal visibility but even then it’s gorgeous. You can see Lake altra. Lots of people were hang-gliding and flying kites. You can walk to and from the station for most in town hotels....More
The Cable car provides fantastic views of Lake Maggiore as well as the minor ski fields up top. Well worth the money as the views are spectacular. Up top you can jump onto a chairlift that takes you up to the top ridge and affords...More
The cable car ride was a special treat, no waiting, easy access and the views were spectacular. We also took the chair lift for even more spectacular scenery. Nice little café to sit and enjoy the mountains and lake views.
We went there with our 3YO baby. She loved the cable car, the view was fantastic while the cable car was going to the top o Mottarone.
The chair as well is fantastic, we enjoyed each moment there and the view as well.
