Great place to get photographs of Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Bell Tower in Saint Gottardo in Cote. Also a good place to people watch. Watch out for the pick pockets.

This place is big. The building is huge. If you are architecture/religion/still arts/all of the above fan you can probably enjoy it. The square leads to many expensive shops. The transportation to the place is easy and diverse.

There are many people traversing through the area. What was unpleasant are the presence of street “dealers”. They try to give you a multi colored threaded band and claim it’s free. I think if you accept they will then extract money from you.

The piazza adjacent Duomo and Galleria. Can be very busy in the summer, don't expect to photograph the Duomo without people being in the foreground.

I love Milano and always come here to have a break or to sit and do people watch. Duomo is gorgeous and there is always a lot of people here regardless of the time of the year.

The night view gives you a different feeling. Also it's less crowded and you don't have to deal with all the pigeons and hawkers.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square
is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon

to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria
Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high
quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch
expedition into a royal experience. Head to the
rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the
