A lot of people try to scam you with their things like wristbands or bad selfiesticks. I've also heard that a lot of pickpockets operate here, so be cautious.

The piazza, whilst pretty empty, is always very busy but great to view the Duomo's outside, as well as the various shops and restaurants surrounding the area.
