The tour we booked with Zani Viaggi to visit Como went without a glitch. We opted to be picked up at our hotel. This was very advantageous since the tour departs at 09:00 when is rush hour in town. We had two guides since the...More

We took the 3.5 hour Milan city tour including entrance to see "The Last Supper", and enjoyed it very much. The tour was well-planned and the guide, Marta, was wonderful. She gave the tour in 2 languages: English and German, and throughout she spoke clearly...More

I found this trip to be an excellent tour as I certainly could not do it by myself. Verona is an eye-pleasing ancient city that offers churches and palaces, squares and cobblestoned streets. A local guide was very informative. Learned a lot about the long...More

I took the day tour from Milan to Portofino, and the description said a boat ride from Santa Margherita to Portofino. But everyone had to take a hot and humid public standing-only public bus instead. A senior gentleman fainted on the way back, and ambulance/police...More

Dear sir, we must apologize for the inconvenience, but we had to take the public bus because the boat ride was cancelled because of the heavy sea. We were force to take the bus as alternative, normally we take the boat ride which is way...More

This was a really fun tour. The tour guide gave us some excellent insight into different parts of the country, and the trip to Billagio was awesome. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommended.

Fantastic day beautiful scenery and lovely lunch in Tirano. The train trip to St Moritz was amazing despite the rain. Would have liked more time in St Moritz to walk around. Not many shops open there though. Our guide was great.

I went to Salvagente on the coach that went from the station. The coach was comfortable and thankfully had good air con. I found trying to buy a ticket a bit tricky, but got there in the end. The coach left on time and the...More

The day trip was efficiently organized, with a personable and informative guide who oversaw the schedule, including private boat trips and stops at Isola Bella and Isola dei Pescatori. Everything went like clockwork, the palace and gardens in Isola Bella were glorious and the downtime...More

Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an
excellent mix between history and modernity, where
tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty
reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca
(galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and
Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior
design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of
the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to

On our tour a couple did pay extra to go into 1st class as they wanted the larger windows, however those windows don't open so think we would have better photos through the open windows as it did rain at times.
