We travelled here but didn’t see a game, we did however watch Juventus down in Genoa.
We were a couple (who has been to many a European match) and a 10 year old,
It was certainly an experience (I presume you have tickets) but we had to put our passports through a counter with a screen covering the person to purchase ours - lightly unusual - I presume they take a copy but who knows?!
The fans were lively to say the least - lots of police present and very strict on bag security going in - they confiscated our daughters polaroid camera we had to practically beg for it back at the end,
There was LOTS of singing and every person stood on the chairs for the whole game (again interesting)
Maybe in this weather though people will sit,
Having said all this it was certainly an experience and the atmosphere was amazing,
As I said this is only based on other Italian fans and stadiums but I am sure you will both have a fantastic time!
Enjoy! Katie x
