We took just the trip lift and it was totally worth it not just because the city views (which we haven’t got because of the cloudy-misty day) but because the ride itself: it takes you through the Museum of Cinema all the way up crossing...More

This was round the corner from where we were living and its so impressive. Its used to be a synagogue but now houses the magnificent cinema museum. Wonderful inside and out.

Maybe the museum itself is not the best, but in combination with the architecture it is absolutely worthwile to spend some time there. The 'Bestiale' exposition was surpsingly interesting. Of course, the panorama is a must.

We visited Mole Antonelliana so that we could experience the amazing lift and it did not disappoint. The building itself is incredible and easily viewed from anywhere in Turin as it is a very distinctive spire. The lift took us up to the lookout passed...More

Started with the extraordinary lift ride to the viewing platform which goes straight through the ceiling, with an amazing view of the inside of this extraordinary building as well. 360 degree views of the city. Then down to the ground again. A detailed (and quite...More

Torino's iconic emblem - with the best lookout in town. Looks like a bishop's dome, topped by a pagoda-like spire balancing on a mini-Greek temple. You can see the MOLE from every part of the city.

The Molle Antonelliana has an interesting history -- commissioned by the Jewish community which had recently been granted full civil rights, the building was completed by the city way over budget. The elevator whisks you to a birds' eye view of the city -- well...More

We bought our ticket at the venue but as the elevator is very small, only 8 or 9 at a time and it will be busy at this time of year with tourists I would buy ahead.
