This museum is doable in an hour or two. It has richly decorated rooms, religious artwork, extensive ceramics and a nice view from it's rustic towers....which are accessible by stairs or elevator. The grand staircases near the entrance were not open the day we visited.

My mother and I visited the Palazzo Madama on August 28. The exhibitions are super and the building itself is incredible. What stood out was an incredibly helpful lady of the museum staff, who went out of her way to explain thins to us, guided us to spots we would not have seen ourselves....and simply added joy to the day of everyone she spoke to ! The people in Turin are super - thank you for your welcome and hospitality !!…

I liked the baroque rooms and medieval garden of the palace. However, the art collection, especially in Baroque section lacks basic information.

Amazing building, one of the greatest in the city, and it really says a lot when you talk about Turin.

Went to spend a week with friends in Turin and visited it. Simply marvelous! The cafés at the piazza are delightful, so worth visiting. My husband and I loves it.
