The Museum, with great economy of space and exhibits, whisks you through centuries of the city's existence from medieval times forward. A nice find is a floor dedicated entirely to the ceramic arts, which reached new heights of artistry after Europe became acquainted with the...More

We were lucky to be in Turin outside the tourist season and this meant we pretty much had the Palazzo to ourselves. There is an excellent permanent collection of medieval poly chrome wood statues as well as an outstanding collection of paintings, jewellery and modern...More

Obviously, this museum will be on everyone's list when visiting Turin, but I cannot rate it highly enough for the quality of the objects and the architectural environment. It was an excellent way to spend an afternoon and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The annoying thing about 'Day' visits to large historic cities is that you don't have time to enter all Museums and Art galleries. This building looks magnificent situated in the Piazza Castello , it certainly holds it's own compared to the other buildings.

Pleasant place, with exuberant decoration that creates a rich atmosphere. Under the construction, it´s possible to visit the archaeological site of ancient theatre. You will find art, architecture and history from various objects and their scenarios.

This is an underwhelming art museum. Probably after visiting the palace art gallery, was expecting much more. Though the cafeteria in the museum serve good food. Not much art pieces and not much explanations too.
