The church is a few minutes walk from the Porta Nouva train station. We heard Saturday afternoon mass here. I was impressed with the grandeur of the interior. Built in the mid 1800s, the ceilings are all covered with frescoes. There are 2 rows of Corinthian columns with angels on top. In between the columns are chandeliers. The altar has a half dome over it. The interior is neoclassical. If you like looking at old churches and happen to be in the area of the train station, have a look.
