Lovely building, good service, good food.

We wandered aimlessly after a very pleasant meal half heartedly looking for a taxi. Lovely area. Stopped to take a few pictures as there are some very lovely views. Felt very safe... read more

Treviso is a colorful medieval town. It is a mixture of history, buildings and water. Rivers and creeks, canals and passages are a special pattern and you can look to the water from covered sidewalks. Before the Christmas they decorate some canals with golden stars – interesting during the day and night. Visitors expect to have opportunity to row around... More

We wandered aimlessly after a very pleasant meal half heartedly looking for a taxi. Lovely area. Stopped to take a few pictures as there are some very lovely views. Felt very safe even late at night. Asked a policeman where to get a cab and he kindly called us one on his mobile. Great sociable end to a pleasant evening... More

In my opinion, the best thing to do in Treviso is just wander around the little streets in the historical city centre, you will almost surely run into this beautiful little corner! Great for taking pictures and very scenic, you will love it!

Bring your camera and your appetite. Amazing photograph opportunities and so many places to eat and drink. From seafood to pub fare, birra, wine and spritz ... Our favourite walk everyday. Easy to find, near the fish market.

I Buranelli was the place where people use to wash clothes and also were the boats with goods came into the city. This Christmas they covered the water with stars and it was magic. Worthwhile seeing it once!!

It is very close to Venice, so you can probably stay for the night once it is cheaper than sleeping in Venice. Apart from it, Treviso has its own beauty. It is easy to sightseeing on foot. You will certainly notice its chaming river along and across the city!

Treviso is a quiet place in Italy. I can compare it with Veniece because there are lots of bridges and water there. I think, it's enough 3 or 4 hours to see this small town if you have a map. You can travel alone with a camera and enjoy nice views. Some people speak English. They are lovely, ready to... More

I love Treviso but I may be biased - I worked in the city for 3 months in the fall of 2014. It is a smaller, less touristy version of Venice. It's incredibly charming and always beautiful, despite the weather or time of day! I would highly recommend visiting if you like more local spots.

This is a great place to visit when in Treviso. Often busy with teenagers but otherwise quiet and romantic.
