Such a wonderful evening. Incredible intimate and inclusive performance with wonderful musicians and performers. We saw the barber of seville and really thoroughly enjoyed it, at one point we were sat pretty much alongside the performers!. Fill out the membership form ahead of time to...More

A few days ago, I submitted a glowing review of the performance of RIGOLETTO, that I attended at the MUSICA A PALAZZO ON JUNE 8 TH, in Venice. The singing and orchestration were wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately, through a mistake on my part, my...More

My first opera.....so nice. We moved from room to room in an old palace.....and the singers did their thing......singing us a story as they sang to each other.....performing their "story". We loved every moment.

I admit up front, that we are not opera fans, but having heard about this experience, an opera performed in an intimate way (only 70 guests) and in an old palace, we could not pass it up. We saw the Barber of Seville, at the...More

I have attended Vivaldi concerts in Venice, but never an opera. My hotel concierge recommended this opera and so I took the shuttle into Venice from the Lido to scout out the location and purchased a ticket for the next night’s performance (The Barber of...More

We really enjoyed the performance of La Traviata. Operas are performed in rooms of the Palazzo with a small audience sitting just a few meters (or less!) away. Queue to get in but go early to get a seat at the very front. Also fill...More

Spent a wonderful evening enjoying Rigoletto at Palazzo Barbarigo Minotto. The intimate nature of this performance made for a unique and incredibly enjoyable evening. My background is in music and I am thrilled to confirm that the musicianship was very strong - both instrumentalists and...More

We're not frequent opera-goers, but thoroughly enjoyed this room-to-room experience. The singers and musicians surpassed our expectations. It was packed, so buy tickets a few days in advance. Allow yourself extra time to find the tricky location. They provide detailed directions.

Yes, I believe some of the rooms are air conditioned, not freezing cold, like the US, but comfortable. We were last there on a warm June night and it was cool.

Sorry I’m only just answering. Yes, you choose your seats when you arrive, there are only about 30 people at each performance. Each time the scene changes, you move rooms and move seats. It’s a very intimate setting and a... More
