I pre-booked this tour as it is the only way you can go inside this clock tower and it was well worth it, tour takes about 45 minutes, but you see all of the internal workings of the clock but also get all the history...More

Look out for this interesting clock tower in the corner of St Mark's Square adjacent to the Basilica. It's well worth a photo, but try to catch it on the hour!

Fantastic tower leading off St Mark's Sq to the back streets of San Marco with weird clock and bells. The clock is based on astrological signs and a 24 hour clock with a clockwork digital clock above and 2 figures striking to hours and quarters..
