We went there based on the recommendation of Rick Steves. When we asked the owner questions it seemed as if we were bothering her. Her answers were abrupt. She needs to treat customers in a more friendly manner and maybe even smile. My daughter and...More

We visited Tragicomica with an Adventures by Disney group to decorate masks. They were very patient with us and helped us create some beautiful masks. The kids had so much fun and the end result was pretty spectacular.

I am looking for an authentic mask and will visit your shop...when I buy a mask how is it packaged so I can get it home safely?

Response from Andrey D |
The masks are usually carefully packed with papers and bubble wrap. But also for big masks with specific box.
Is it possible to do a mask making workshop with just our family of 4 if we are not part of a Disney tour? Thank you!
