With so many options, where does one begin? Luckily, from reading other Trip Advisor posts, we found Luca and were not disappointed. Luca’s beautiful gondola has been in his family for 3 generations and picks you up away from the crowds and congestion of city...More

We looked for a Gondolier and found one outside the busy tourist areas. Very pleasant man. I checked the price with him and it was 80 Euro for both of us cash. We were taken around some back canals and he shared his local knowledge...More

This is all about fantasies we carry from our childhood, fantasies about romance and serenades and love affairs, "stereotyped" in our minds by novels and movies. There is not much of a romantic thing in the whole tour, this is fully commercial, you pay 80...More

This is for all gondola boats in Venice. Spend 80€ for 30 minutes and you ride one of these boats. With a bit of luck your driver will sing. It’s nice to do and for sure will deliver some nice pictures. Must do

Its just one of those bucket list items you just have to do. You just pay the price and jump in (well carefully jump in). Yes its charming and somewhat romantic (albeit with a stranger standing right behind you) and its half an hour that...More

It's probably great to do a gondola ride in Venice, but I'll never know about it. My partner and I decided to add a gondola tour to our trip to Venice via Viator. This was toward the end of our honeymoon and it was an...More

It would be unfathomable to go to Venice and not pay for an overpriced gondola ride. Overpriced but well worth the experience. Some drivers are better than others and some pretty much fake it but I would still do one just for the experience

Yes the Gondola was €80 and it lasted 3mins less than the half an hour but we went in the afternoon and our Gondolier whom we picked up from under the loggia took us out on the grand canal near the Rialto bridge into the...More
