Piazza Bra is adjacent to the Arena and seems to be less busy than the other main piazzas in the city, it also doesn't fall foul of the mindless stalls selling tourist junk in the others. The view of the Arena is wonderful, and is an...More

Fabulous views of the Arena, and many cafes to choose from offering pizza, pasta and general easy-going mid-priced fayre. Just wonderful to sit in the sun watching the world go by with a delicious glass of Prosecco. In our 3 days in Verona, we popped...More

There is a lot of excitement in Piazza Bra especially during opera season. There are many cafes and restaurants, Juliet's Balcony is close-by and the park in front of the Arena is a delightful place to sit and people watch.

The framing of it with an old coliseum, an Austrian government building, and the many restaurants is kind of neat. This place was super packed with people, which of me was a bad thing as it was too bustling. However, I think lots of others...More

You can take one of the city buses from the station to reach Piazza Bra. Tickets are just 1.30 euro if I remember correctly. Or you can walk maybe 15-20 mins through a somewhat boring landscape to get there.
