We have just spent a week in Alghero and visited the Parco di Porto Conte most days for a walk. Really pretty area and was pretty quiet generally.

This natural park is absolutely gorgeous this is another face (and our favorite) of Alghero. The nature is superb and there is a nice small beache. Quiet and in connection with the natural preservation you can observe birds and animals.

We did the hike/walk from Porto Conte Marina to Punta Giglio and it was really doable without great condition, very beautiful especially when you walk the sea-side route. Beautiful views from Punta Giglio and interesting WWII remnants.
