Went by boat. If you go by bus you have hundreds of steps to go down / up. Get to the front of the queue with guide, otherwise you can hear her, but have no idea what she is describing because you can't see it....More

Amazing stalactites and stalagmites! Never seens anything similar! The visit could be more organized - the line to buy tickets was messy, people coming from different places

We visited by boat as the steps sounded a bit much for our toddler. The boat trip itself was very pleasant and the caves were impressive although crowded. The boat cost €15 and the cave entry was €13. The whole trip was around 3 hours...More

A great attraction near Alghero (30min drive). I parked at the end of the road leading to Capo Caccia, and took the stairs, which was a great experience in itself. It takes 10min to go down the 700 steps. Although the group was very large...More

We went by boot, but you can also go by car if you don’t mind the 600 steps down and up. The cave is amongst the most amazing caves I have ever seen. We went off season (may) and it was a bit to crowded...More

I must admit the cave is wonderful, nicely lit and worth visiting. But in high season it's full of visitors so you just have to follow the line as the crowd moves. So probably best to visit in low season. The second issue is the...More

It's €13 per adult to visit the caves and it is a guided tour where commentary is presented in Italian and English. I actually really enjoyed the tour! Our guide was clear and offered interesting facts about the cave throughout. We made sure we were...More

A very nice guide guided a small group of tourists together with our family through a beautiful cave located in an unusual place. It was a very professional guided tour.

We went here by boat as we did not fancy climbing the steep cliff side staircase. The boat ride was great, the sea not particularly rough and not too many people inside the cave so it was very interesting and we weren’t rushed. The lighting...More
