Completely disorganised tour: we went at the peer and nobody was there to give information. There was however information on panels: different times on each panel! Called them on the phone, they gave wrong information and we nearly missed the boat. On the boat we were 100 people: to be comfortably seated we should have been at most 50 … it felt MUCH worse than on a typical Ryanair flight!! The caves were nice but I would not repeat the experience with Navisarda.

I organized a short cruise with some friends, yesterday, on this boat from this agency, for 55 euro/ each one of us. It was a big publicity like big rumor for nothing! When you are on the boat you are not allowed to move, to talk, to laugh, to sing...shortly: you have to stay mute and silent otherwise you are disturbing the sea! The promised lunch on board contained two spoon of pasta with shrimps and other sea fruits as shells then second dish other two spoons of sea salad with potatoes and octopus, a glass of wine, then, as desert, a peach! Before that, they found an excuse and stopped the boat on the sea where we waited for two(2) hours, swinged and getting bored there! After lunch, few of my friends couldn't drink their wine, which was in the menu and it was payed and one of the guys from the boat personal just steal the bottle and took it away! Well...after all this show they took us to the Grotte di Nettuno then they left us on a small beach, called Dragunara! Of course, after all this behavior we have lost our mood, we didn't have fun and in the end it was a failed cruise and stinky day. It was my fault that I didn't read all the messenger from TripAdvisor! I am not advising you to use this agency for a cruise, you won't have fun, just prepare to sleep and get bored. Sorry guys, but it is the only truth, we were 12 persons who have lost their time and money!

It’s a 45 minute boat trip which gives the opportunity to see the resort and surrounding areas from the sea. The grotto is very impressive with a guided tour through 500m of walkway.

I would like to point out that the ship which is shown in some of these pictures called "delphinos" took us to the cave and as we exited it, they had left and we were left by the cave with some other groups. Really pissed us off. The main question on my mind was - what was the point of the boat crew COUNTING the people getting off the boat?! Thanks for Antonio's boat, who took us back to Alghero. The cave itself was a clear cash-cow. Expensive and super-crowded beyond any safety regulations. The whole excursion you spend stuck in a queue through a really short cave visit. The upkeep of the cave is a total disgrace - no regard for the original inhabitants, lights everywhere, people throwing coins in the water (what the hell?!?), everybody touching the stalactites and stalagmites (which stops their forming process btw), speakers connected to the guide's microphone everywhere (crazy loud, bad quality, completely not understandable English). Completely not a surprise that there is not a single bat or anything living in the cave anymore. We (2 people) spent 60 eur on this activity, which was completely unreasonable, recommend much more a dolphin tour or renting an e-car to go around and see these cliffs on your own.

The ride (15€/pp) was fun despite being limited to bringing people to and back from the Neptune's cave: I did it twice with colleagues and with my partner. The visit to the cave was nice and the guided you more than decent. Slovenian caves of Postojna are superior. Note: cave entrance was additional (13€/pp). Definitely not cheap.
