Lovely scenic beach, hidden behind a pine forest. People sunbathing and some swimming in the middle of October. Close to Alghero, some 30 minutes walking from the harbor.

A beautiful beach with white sand and pine trees. A fantastic beach with cristal clear water. It is not very close to the city center.

We stumbled across this when walking from Alghero. The beautiful pine forest (which is a delight to meander through) leads to the beach which is beautiful. White sand and turquoise blue water. You can walk right along the beach which I would highly recommend.

A fantastic beach with cristal clear water. We went 3rd week of September so we had no problem to park and just few people on the beach. It was like a dream.

Very clean, clear waters, sunbeds and umbrellas available, fair offer of sandwiches and beverages, not so crowded in September. I considered the most beautiful in Alghero area (compared to others more "famous"

There is. If you can't find the person to do it, then ask one of the beach sellers, they'll point you in the right direction.

Not that I'm aware of. We used the facilities at the restaurant on the beach which were here clean and in good condition

Alghero is a lovely, historic and beachside place. Pia Maria Beach is a park/beach with parking next to the beach access walk through a Pine tree forest. There are some lovely bed and breakfast spots and many hotels. Make... More
