It's located at the sea shore, and has a name of "international " , but this museum is so small , two floors of exhibition, just lots puppies put together . It's no fun here and not worth going.

We loved this interesting museum of puppets/marionettes. There are puppets from all over the world. One thing I would recommend is if you can go with a guide like we did, I believe you visit would be greatly enhanced. The puppets are very interesting but...More

For us this was planned as the last item on our Palermo trip as we had high expectations. Unfortunately they did not deliver on this. Still give it 3 stars on diversity of the puppets, but if you see it realistically the Sicilian puppets were...More

A must see show for kids 5+. Anything under might get a little scared but nothing serious. They run 1-2 shows daily.

A rather comprehensive international collection of puppets Too bad our children were not as impressed as their parents Maybe if we were luckier to arrive at time for a show then they could better relate to this

We visited this museum on a rainy afternoon in Palermo - and so glad that we did. There are puppets from around the world which were delightful and fascinating to see. This museum made a nice break from looking at churches and is the only...More

A surprising number of ancient puppets plus contemporary and international ones (see photos) make this an enjoyable alternative to churches and archeology. Most international ones have enough explanation, but the other installations could do with a bit more for a self-guided walk around. The museum...More

This small museum is packed with puppets from Sicily and around the world. It even has water puppets from Vietnam. Some need dusting! There are also puppets shows at least once a week. It would be great to have interactive activities as well with puppet...More

Getting a bit away from the usual religious tourism of Palermo, this museum stands out and an interesting place to visit for people of every age. Showing the tradition of puppets of the city, as well as some other works from other parts of the...More
