Don't miss this beautiful place in Montecatini! The architecture is beautiful! You can spend an hour or several wandering around the beautiful grounds. It's famous for the spa treatments and drinking water, but we loved it for its beauty! Also, we went in serach of ballroom dancing because we had read about it in a review. From May to early... Yet another beautiful place with fountains with natural spring water. Only one was working however and it tasted awfully. Here is also a bar and café and we were lucky that a live concert was going on. Costs 6 euro to get in. Kids are free.

It's like stepping into the 1920's, nothing has changed, tranquil, calm and relaxing [ and that's without a treatment! Sophia Loren and Grace Kelly, not to mention VERDI! were once regular visitors. Art Deco through and through, beautiful gardens and fountains. In summer months enjoy Opera under the stars! An experience not to miss

This is a wonderful spa building is so interesting. Beautiful architecture with stunning ceilings. Partake of the spa water flowing from the fountains. At 4pm each weekday during our stay in Montecatini, a tea dance was held attended mainly by locals. And some days a concert is held: we saw a dance show one evening whilst on another there was... This place is like a fairytale. I had never heard of it and was just blown away by the beauty of the spectacular architecture and artworks . The garden , the setting is spectacularly beautiful. People used to go there for water cures being prescribed the different mineral waters on tap depending on the ailment. The whole place is grand... More

Undeservedly Tettuccio is not frequently mentioned in the tourist guides but anyway it's a real gem. The whole complex with the garden is wonderful during daytime and especially at night. Tettuccio authentically discovers spirit and chic of legendary thermal resort. We visited it 3 times in July attending concerts of FOG (Festival Orchestre Giovanili), listened to young players and singers.... More

This Terme Tettuccio is well worth the visit. It is simply spectacular and is extremely photogenic. It's like being in another world. Walk through it and allow yourself to be taken back in time.

We stayed in Montecatini Terme as a base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca, etc., but it has its own attractions. The town grew up as a popular destination for those wanting to take the spa waters. We visited Terme Tettuccio late one afternoon, paying €6 each admission. Collect a disposable plastic glass on your way in, sample the waters, sit... More
