This was more a genuine Tuscan family experience than just a cooking lesson. Alessandra welcomed our group of four as if we were long lost friends and by the end of the day we were. Alessandra share her Italian cooking talents, her family home and her own story with us making it an experience we will never forget.

Amazing experience! Alessandra took us around to buy fresh local produce in and around Cortona, and then we cooked some very delicious Italian cuisine at her place. Definitely recommend Alessandra for her culinary talents and welcoming personality! Will be coming back :)

Our family of 6 (mom & dad and 4 kids (ages 10, 13, 14, and 21) spent a wonderful day with Alessandra during our month-long trip to Italy in July 2016. Alessandra was charming, patient with our many questions, had a terrific sense of humor, and she made cooking fun! She taught us about Italian food & culture, as well... More

If you are the type of traveler that enjoys making memories and unique experiences, this cooking class is for you. We felt like we were at home preparing an exquisite dinner party with a dear friend. Not only is Alessandra's food warm and inviting, but her personality is as well. I highly recommend leaving the hustle and bustle to savor... More

My friends and I spent a day with Alessandra while visiting Italy in 2014. She was a generous hostess and we had a wonderful day. This is authentic Italian life, was a really nice change from the touristy activities you get in the larger cities.

During our stay in Tuscany we chose to spend our last day doing a cooking class... This was so much more!! True to her description, we met Alessandra in a piazza in Cortona and grabbed cappuccino as we got to know each other and discuss the menu of the day. There were 4 in my group and we were joined... My husband and sister-in-law spent the day shopping, cooking, and learning about Tuscan home cooking and Italian life in general with the wonderful Alessandra. My brother-in-law and I joined in the fun to eat the delicious meal they created. When we arrived the chefs were putting the final touches on the feast and we were happy to watch as they... More

My husband and I spent a month in Italy, and our last day was a cooking class with Alessandra. We could not have chosen a better way to end a memorable trip! Alessandra met us in Cortona and after a cappuccino and market visits for supplies, she drove us to her home which was built in the 1400's. This day... More
