Beautiful architecture. Singers and musicians tend to flock here to play for the public. Heavy police presence at all times.

I loved the architecture of this building especially the colour of the stone, I also enjoyed the fact that modern brands/shops don't obscure the building's fine features.

Always very busy. The restaurants are really expensive but good food. Close to 'Perche No' gelateria so that's in it's favour. Also some entertainment going on.

This was the first Piazza we visited as it is literally a 5 minute walk from the Golden Tower Hotel, where we stayed. Cafes, Restaurants, Designer shops, a Merry-go-round and all this capped with a Roman style Triumphal arch celebrating Florence’s stint as once being...More

We passed through this piazza everyday whilst walking to some attraction. There was always a street entertainer, so we would sit for awhile and soak up the atmosphere and people watch. Very nice.

Bust but you are not crowded. Many places to eat in the open air & lots of market stalls. The arch is impressive!

Hop on the carousel, take a stroll into the Hard Rock cafe or buy a pair of skinny jeans at Zara ... this square has it all!

We had to stop and take pictures. This is very impressive and should be one of your stops. It was on my list but we found it by just walking

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
