I am so glad I did the hop-on hop-off bus in Florence! I had read mixed reviews - but I had a blast! i did it on my third day in town. I had already walked around, gone to some churches and museums, and now...More

The best way to get around the city to be honest you can't go wrong. It's quite expensive the bus ticket but it's OK. Hop on hop off at any stop you like and the bus service runs very late compared to other cities. Some...More

Whilst this bus tour doesn't actually go to the three 'central attractions' of Il Duomo, Palazza Vecchio, and Uffizi museum, it's a must if you want to see spectacular views of Firenze from Palazza Michelangelo and up in the hills of Fiesole as well as...More

This is not a good Hop on Hop off bus. The bus stops are not clearly marked and the app is just a waste and not correct at all on real time arrivals. The city bus will also take you to places like Plaza Michelangelo...More

We love bus tours and we do them every time we are away. This is a really good one. The audio guide is really interesting and even between sights the views are beautiful. We didn't have a problem with the buses being too busy, and...More

We did both A and B routes and although we enjoyed the drive (didn't get off) the commentary (head sets) was not in sync with the bus ride. We enjoyed seeing a lot of Florence that we would not have seen otherwise but we didn't...More

Santa Maria Novella
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the
majority of the people arriving in Florence, which
might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists
come across the constant hustle and bustle of the
station before exiting, taking a few steps and
stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
