The store is NOT closed. They have been having a big sale because they are going to do renovations, and do not want to have to move everything to storage or to a temporary location. They are very much alive! If you get to the location and it is closed I am sure they will direct you to a different location or let you know when the renovations will be done.…

After decades spent offering the best on the world of handmade ceramics of Umbria, the store closed; on these days there is no more room for beauty and culture. It is a shame that things like this happen but people like better junk and mass produced items, with no soul...I wish to everybody the best in the future...but I think that the future is pretty black :-(…

I thought I wrote a review for this amazing shop. Ceiling to floor ceramics of every color and style! There were styles for every taste. Please don't bring small children in, or wear your backpack. Ricardo was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Told me about his family and being in the ceramics business for a few generations. Heading back there in August and hope to make it to Deruta to see the family business. Definitely a must while in Assisi.…

I stopped into this store originally to get out of the heat of the day. I'm so glad I did. The store has remarkable items - small things and grand. Riccardo, was there both times I was there in 2014 and 2015. He is friendly and very helpful. Stop in if you are in Assisi!
