Its nice for a city to have a symbol, but this one seems pretty weak to me. Yeah, they have a high jet of water. Big Deal.

The jet d'eau is not always on if the weather is bad but when it is it's lovely. You can walk pretty close and get wet with spray. Also you can download the app and see it whenever you want which is brill!!

It is hard to miss the Jet d'Eau if you are anywhere in downtown Geneva. There are plenty of places to see it from and to get photos of it. That being said it is not my favorite sight in Geneva.

All during the day, this jet serves as a magnet, giving bearing to walkers. It's pretty amazing how high this thing shoots up.

You can see Jet d'Eau from almost any place in the city as it is located right at the lake in the very centre of Geneva. It is an amazing sight from afar and even more so close up. You really can’t miss the opportunity...More

A must see! A beautiful place, the water is amazingly clean! Lots of places to walk or jog, drinkable water everywhere in the park for free.

Spectacular against the mountains and Lake Geneva. Good views from around the lake but especially if you walk along to the lighthouse.

Yes, only closed in high wind to avoid spray drift. 💨💦
