A nice place for morning/afternoon walk. There were not as many graves as I thought, but there were several modern sculpture that I felt a bit out of place.

It's an interesting cemetery to walk through if you're in the area, but nothing extraordinary except for the few famous people buried there. I would not say it's worth a trip specifically to see it unless you're wanting to see the graves of these famous...More

Some interesting and famous people are buried here, each grave/tomb is different. Nice place to have a walk, some benches let the visitor rest, and even the trees offer a nice image. Since not many people visit the cemetery, it's a great place to visit.

The unmarked grave of Jean Piaget can be found here, as well as the marked tombs of Jorge Luis Borges and John Calvin (marked in the French style as "Jean Calvin"). It is an easy walk from Plainpalais, but easiest from the Cirque tram stop.

The trees and the surroundings are nice for a small walk in the city centre away from the traffic. Some important people of the cultural and political life of Geneva are buried there.

And that's all. We went there to find Kalvin's grave. Found it. It was hard to find, it is not marked.

It's a nice and quiet place to have a walk and meditate when you're a Geneva citizen, as close to the center, but it's not a place to visit for tourists.

A nice place but nothing special in comparison with all the other amazing parks in geneva. If you are curious to see calvin's grave go there, or if you are in the area take a look, but don't go on purpose!

If you are in the area, why not visiting it, but don't go there if you don't plan to do anything else in the district! You would be really disappointed!

Also known as the Cimetière des Rois, after the street it's on. Green lawns, flowerbeds, perfect peace in the shade of old trees - this must be one of the most beautiful places in Geneva. Calvin is buried there, and Davy (who invented the Davy...More
