My wife and I rented electronic bikes and rode the bike paths from Interlaken to Lauterbrunnen and it was beyond amazing. The paths were super easy with the electric assistance and neither of us are avid bikers. Each time you think you’ve seen the most...More

We went on the website which said open 7 days a week. Unless you mean on the day you show up during open hours and a handwritten sign on the door says 'Closed for the day'. What a joke after making plans to dedicate a...More

First, let´s state the obvious: If you are going to Interlaken, you need to rent a bike -- there is too much ground to cover and too many things to see between and around both lakes to make renting a bike a MUST. Second, if...More

Hired a couple of e-mointain bikes for the day. Good quality bikes that were clearly well maintained and looked after. Battery was fully charged and lasted forever (they were still two thirds charged at the end of the day and only because I put it...More

The six hour guided tour on e-bikes was a fantastic experience for us. The beauty of the ride is imparted, but George our tour guide was a wonderful host. My wife and I bike a lot but still we’re concerned a little about the elevation...More

Be advised, if ANYTHING happens to a bike, whether your fault, or not, you will be charged an exorbitant sum. My wife fell due to the skinny, unsuitable tires they use to go off road, and the brake fluid leaked out. The owner was smug,...More

It was really nice to have this tour. Initially my friend was reluctant but then all went well. Jim the guide was a great guy and he took us around Farm, Lake Thun, Lake Brienz and around awesome sightseeing tracks. Highly recommended.

If any of you are visiting Interlaken, you need to try this ride to explore the city. They have seating for children as well. The city is not big enough. You can have fun on bike as it is safe due to less traffic.

Four of us took the 7 hour tour to Murren with George and it was amazing. We cruised past beautiful mountains, quaint villages and huge waterfalls. Everyone should try an electric bike, you will want one!

Hello. I am thinking of taking a trip to Switzerland some time in September, and your posts about your experience on Flying Wheels Electric Bike Tours in the Interlaken Area make me want to experience that fun too. I have these questions: 1. How much does it cost to rent an electric bike (one that is easy to step into and easy to step out of)? 2. Will the battery that is included in the bike last long enough for the entire tour? 3. I am 70 years old and the last time I rode a regular bicycle was 40 years ago. I walk for exercise every now and then, but I am not sure if I will be able to ride an electric bike around Interlaken. You see, about 20 years ago, I tried to ride a regular bike in my neighborhood (where the streets are relatively flat, and have a slight slope every now and then); I could not pedal my bike up that slight slope at that time. My legs are not as strong as they were when I was 40 years younger. Will I still be able to go on an electric bike tour in the Interlaken? Thank you for your information. Josefina
