I think this is the finest shopping as far as high end swiss watches go.
They were very attractively displayed.
We even got a discount coupon however did not buy anything.
Wanted to know about the availibility of a Cartier Rondo Solo wrist watch but it was not available neither they knew about the price ofit.

Situated in Höheweg street amidst restaurants and luxurious hotels this leading watch and jewelry store offers a virtually unlimited selection of watches and jewelry, but it will cost a pretty penny to shop here. The store offers a discount voucher of 8% which is applicable to all the Kirchhofer stores in Interlaken. However, since it's Swiss watches, you would still be breaking the bank in acquiring one. You can also pick up souvenirs from here, most famous being the Swiss Cowbells.

We bought shoes, wallets and bag. We thought that it is big shop and well-known. We did not check properly our stuffs. They told that they will bring the new items. They bought defected item to us, shoe color not match. Now we not sure did we pay 2000 CHF for fake or real. Anyone has experience?

From here I have bought a swiss watch for myself. Its a Swiss Military Hanowa. So this pace has option ranging from 100 Eu to price point we cant even imagine level. Its a pit stop destination for buses so by this way they attract a lot of customers. They also sell swiss army knife

The watches here are terribly overpriced, even after the 8% discount (or 9% if you pay cash) and 8% tax refund, it's still cheaper to get the same watch in my home country. So don't bother wasting time here.

The watch selection @ Kirchhofer is pretty good, but prices are jacked up and seem unreasonable! Save your money and compare prices online before you purchase. Too bad, I wanted to bring home a nice Swiss watch, but not at these prices.

I understand that the Chinese market is a tremendous boost to retailers, but don't forget your other customers. Entered Kirchhofer with intent to purchase a watch for a friend. Majority of employees are Chinese, geared for Chinese clients. I entered the shop and was blatantly ignored. Chinese entered behind me and received overwhelming customer service. If I spoke Mandarin rather than Cantonese, I would have said something very direct. Too bad for the owners, as they lost a sale.
