Decided it was worth a go. The stairs do get narrower as you climb but you do get a good view of the city. It was also good to be at the top when the bell rang.

It's a nice place to go to, specially if you know some areas in the city. It is nevertheless not accessible to people with claustrophobia, as the way up is long and narrow. It is also very windy and cold up there.

The Martini toren is a great looking tower in the center of Groningen. After an exhausting climb to one of the viewing areas, great views can be enjoyed over the entire city.

It is a steep climb, many stairs, but worthwhile the view. Low entrance fee. The second highest church tower in the Neherlands

Tickets can be bought at the tourist office. We went early one morning when it wasn't busy. I can imagine it gets difficult to pass on the tight spiral stairs when there are lots of visitors!! The views from the top were very good, even...More

Groningens Martine tower is probably the most famous Dutch tower, after Utrechts Dom tower. In that light the entrance fee of a few euros is quite cheap. The coins can be obtained at the tourist info across the street. From the tower one gets some...More

Groningen from above in the tower is not what i'd call an inspiring city! It was a nice activity for 30 minutes but i'm not sure i would ever do it again!

A good way to spend 30 mins. Buy token at the tourist info place and then zip on up to the top of the tower. It was a little foggy but I imagine the views are unbeatable on a clear day

Si, 3 euros por persona. No iban niños con nosotros así que ignoro la tarifa de niños. Las entradas las pagas en la oficina de información que está al frente (te dan un token por persona). Espeto que lo disfrutes.😊
