There are 3 choices of chocolate available for hot chocolate. I had the Mexican which was amazing, very rich and delicious. It’s served with a small cookie and a carafe of water was also provided. A great selection of chocolate from all over the world...More

Very knowledgeable staff, large assortment of chocolates from all over the world, can taste various types before you buy and reasonably priced. Can spend hours in there discussing the production and characteristics of all the varieties. Hot chocolate is probably one of the best in...More

We went there in 2015 and were blown away by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were and the chocolate is mind mind blowing. So good we are going back when we go to Amsterdam in the near future

Walked by accidentally since it was close to our AirBnB. This place is awesome! The shopkeeper has great English and is extremely nice; we were offered to taste many of the chocolate types available. Later, a couple went it, soaked with rain and he offered...More

I have been to many boutique chocolate shops across Europe and based on previous TripAdvisor reviews I entered Chocolatl with rather high expectations. Roughly an hour later I left the shop mind-boggled and with some 15 pieces of that precious darkish stuff we so much...More

This temple to chocolate offers a cornucopia of single-source chocolates from every corner of the globe. The exuberant owner greeted us warmly, fixed us a delicious drinking chocolate, and gave us a wonderful tour of the world of chocolate. Highly recommended.

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.
